I offer virtual sessions, and find that many people enjoy this format. Online therapy is similar to in person therapy, except you and I can meet from the comfort of your own home – and without the stress of traffic.
Online EMDR and trauma therapy are just as effective as in-person care, and many clients find the flexibility supportive for parenting, work, or nervous system regulation.
